The entry fee is $5/poem. You may enter up to three poems, but you can win no more than two prizes.
Form: Optional
Line Limit: up to 40 lines.
Type two copies, double-spaced, one copy with your name in the upper right-hand corner. No name should appear on the second copy. Submit your poem with a check made out to Poetry Society of Colorado, and include a 9”x 11” stamped, addressed envelope if you want your poem to be returned.
