It’s got it all– except a tune! Why not just sing? Elements of choral reading such as rhythm, accent, emphasis, tempo, tone, timbre, and volume can help us open a poem, revealing layers not heard in a simple reading by a single voice. Our March workshop will involve you with writing, choosing, and staging lines of poetry for possible performance. But, hey, no pressure, and don’t worry about stage fright. Join the group for an interesting interchange and some possibly boisterous fun.
