Sponsoring a Contest

Standard contest sponsorships require a donation of $50 to the PSC to cover the prize money for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards. To sponsor a standard contest, either use the form below and select "Standard Sponsorship" to donate the money via PayPal or send a check for $50 and your email information to: Treasurer, Poetry Society of Colorado, P.O. Box 4531, Greenwood Village, CO 80155-4531. Notate "Standard Sponsorship" in the check's memo field.

If you are planning to sponsor but increase the prize money amounts, you can use the form below and select "Enhanced Sponsorship" to pay via PayPal or send your check to the address above with "Enhanced Sponsor" in the memo field. Also, email Treasurer@PoetrySocietyofColorado.org with the specifics of your desired prize distribution.

If you are planning to co-sponsor a contest, you can use the form below but select "General Donation" to pay via PayPal or send your check to the address above with "Co-Sponsor" in the memo field. Also, email Treasurer@PoetrySocietyofColorado.org with the name(s) of your co-sponsor(s). If co-sponsoring with standard prizes, make sure the totals of all co-sponsor amounts submitted equal $50. Note: The PayPal receipt you receive, if you use it for payment, will say "Donation" but, with your email, we will know that you are paying your part of a co-sponsorship.

Whatever sponsorship type or submission method used, you will be contacted via email to obtain the specifics of your desired contest parameters (theme, poem form, etc) and to be assigned the month of your sponsored contest. Again, we thank you for your support of our PSC contest program!
